Not a single hair was lost while shampooing with this product! It is a lightweight gel that absorbs easily into wet hair and it lathers nicely. It's lightly scented. I will keep using this and hope for hair growth but if that doesn't happen I'll keep using it since it is gentle, cleans well, and does NOT cause any hair fall. That is good enough for me. UPDATE: I just used this shampoo a second time and I was again amazed that there was zero hair fall and it left my hair clean, strong and shiny.
