A neat book to have
Like the title says this book is neat to have but is not like the five volume Infinite Insights series. It is very thin at only 19 pages including the back cover. It goes over basic movements like stances, blocks, punches and kicks. The pictures and text reveal it's age as well. Since it was written quite a while ago (1967) it shows how Mr. Parker was explaining Kenpo at that time. That being said it is a nice book to have if you are really interested in Kenpo. Think of it as more of a historical piece rather than a reference book. All in all I liked it but I enjoy reading older texts to see how things have changed over the years if at all.
