Life Ionizer- The New 2014 Next Generation M11UC

I do not own this exact model but I did buy an excellent one at the time - the Life 7600 with UV and Mesh Technology plus the extra prefilter. This review is meant to share a longterm perspective of the product and company.Purchasing an ionizer in 2009 felt like a gamble to me because it was a significant amount of money and because I would have to install and maintain it myself. I wanted to believe it would deliver health benefits but I didn't personally know anyone with a Life Ionizer -just one person with a Kangen. Immediately I liked the water, but wasn't thrilled with the way the machine took up counter space and attached to my faucet.Then for two years, my ionizer had to sit in storage due to a housing change. I missed the water, but wasn't sure if I had been imagining benefits. Eastern WA after all, has very good water quality and I had made significant headway on regaining my health.Early in 2014 after a move, I decided to reinstall the unit and upgrade to the under-counter model. Life Ionizer was fantastic with helping me make the switch -it wasn't the easiest thing for them since they no longer sold my model. I needed quite a bit of phone support to get through the conversion, but their lead tech Ricardo was awesome. Now that I have the under-counter model, I can't imagine going back to the other method. If you can afford it and can figure out how to put a hole in your counter for the faucet, do it!Once I went back to drinking ionized water, I felt certain that the benefits were not just imagined. I love drinking this water! It is so clean and refreshing. Now my husband is a huge fan as well.Wherever you get your ionizer, make sure it is with a company that has strong customer service. All ionizers have to be maintained.

The water from this machine tastes so clean and refreshing! The good taste of the water naturally makes you want to drink more of it. No more chlorine taste, no more flouride, and, no more kettlestone in the bottom of our kettle and coffee cups.As long as I am drinking an adequate amount of this water every day my heartburn is settled down without pills. If we go away and can't take some water with us, I need pills to control the heartburn.Life Ionizer stands behind their warranty. Our unit sprung a leak under the kitchen counter. I called Will and within 2 days a new unit was on it's way to us, along with a postage paid tag to return the broken one. Will took great care of us, no worries.I recommend that if you are able to get one of these units, it is a great investment into your health. Call Will.

Just purchased this machine and so far it is working great. Installation was fairly simple as I followed the online video that can guide you through step by step. I would suggest they post a new video with the new model so you can follow along with exact detail. I ended up speaking to their rep, Will, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you have any questions, he can answer them. I'm really excited to start drinking, cooking and cleaning with the Life Ionizer. In my opinion, this is such a better deal than Kangen: 1. Less expensive 2. More plates 3. Lifetime warranty on parts/labor 4. No hassle listening to multi-level marketing/pyramid scheme. I would definitely recommend this product and hopefully my parents will be next to purchase one.

We Love our Life Ionizer! We have had reverse osmosis for years previously but only had the M11 undercounter a year and already know I couldn't go back to the days of being without it. We test our pH regularly - especially after our daughter did a science project concerning health and pH. Her project results were shocking! Every single person with a health issue had a more acidic pH. This is just one of the ways we are ensuring that our pH stays higher for better health. Also, the customer service from this company has been 'over the top.' Before, during and well after the sell to me - I feel 'taken care of', important - even now, a year later after the sell. Well all I can say is so far so good,the installation process was simple and not difficult at all, I was also pleased that for the most part the m11 was preset and was able to start drinking water very quickly after it was in. Now that we are in a couple of days we find it very satisfying to get great quality water and are very happy with our purchase, and looking forward to the health benefits as we learn the routine that will hopefully have great benefits for our health. I have been looking at other machines but by far the warranty and customer service are very good. We are big water people and ths unit should cover all our needs now and hopefully in the futur.

I've had this machine for a year now and it's been great. The water tastes clean and the ability to hide the system under the sink is an absolute plus as it helps eliminate clutter from my countertop. My only issue has been a leaky pre-filter but it went away after I took it all apart and put it back together. DYI Installation was straight forward and took no more than 15 mins. I reused the pre-drilled hole for the precious water system dispenser which fit just fine.I use the water for drinking, cooking, the dogs, and it makes for great tasting sparkling water when used with my Sodastream.

We hauled this water from another location from January through June. Saw such amazing results that we purchased the undercounter mount and installed it on July 4th! Health has improved considerably for all of us. One of us is a wounded warrior and used to take Celebrex daily. No need now that he is on this water. Even my bloodwork has come back improved, to say nothing of sleeping through the night now. We have all found improvement in our health and couldn't be happier. I use the Acid Level #1 to sanitize and disinfect my bathrooms/kitchen and the Alkaline Level #4 is amazing at cutting through grime and cleaning my windows. No need to buy cleansers now.
