Is this suitable for making Viennese whirls?

2DS is the best size for Viennese swirls or any other large open star tip

Hi i want to make churro, does these nozzles come with the screw up? if not do i need a screw up to secure the nozzles in place for pipping? thanks

No they do not come with a coupler/screw on. Just put them inside the piping bag and only cut to below the opening of the tip and they will stay in place fine

Are these working ok with buttercream or they are more suitable for meringue ? Thank you.

I use them with buttercream all the time ! Definitely suitable. Not sure about meringue, I haven’t used the tips for that yet
