This is an amazing product! It is really hard to tell which one is the original Bose cable. Both look identical and performance on this replacement is outstanding. Not only it is a great cable replacement at an incredible price, but also Eleplace is a fantastic vendor. Excellent communication and update on order status, expedited delivery service and even a quite practical, useful and unexpected pouch bag to carry a small item as a gift. Excellent replacement for the original Bose extension cord. I received this order on-time and as expected. What I was surprised with was the packaging. For something like this, I was expecting it to be in some cheap plastic bag. It actually came in a small sealed and protected envelope.At any rate, the extension cord works great. I couldn't tell the difference between the old and the new.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a replacement cord for their Bose headphones.

Order was promptly filled and sent via UPS. Packaging was secure and sufficient for item ordered. The product itself seemed well made and offered no discernible departure from the original cord that came my Bose On-Ear Headphones. Additionally, there was included a nice 4x6 inch caring pouch. Eleplace was on their job through the entire process and followed up promply with concerns of my satisfaction with the process. And, so I am.

The cable is fine, well made and of good quality materials. The problem is mine. I thought the cable was longer, like 12-15 feet, just like the Bose cable it allegedly replaces. I misread the info about the cable. My mistake! I have returned the cable for a refund. If you want a 39 inch cable this is for you.

** UPDATE ** First Cord that I ordered was defective and cheaply made. Not BOSE quality. Was issued a refund.The seller called me personally and apologized for the defective product and sent me a replacement at no expense to me.That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!It's not the same as the original BOSE cord, but it will do the job.5 STARS for CS!

Works great, only took a star because the female end is not flush with headphone jack and looks awkward.

Not the same as the original equipment, but gets the job done. I can hear everything clearly, I just don't receive the bass and surround sound my original bose headphones had with the original cord.
