No blisters after a half-marathon!
I ran my half-marathon in SF on July 26, 2026. This time, I had NO blisters from start to finish! I felt no pain at all because there no blisters forming! Highly recommended! When I trained for my half-marathon, I would run 3-7 miles a week on a treadmill. However, I would get small line of blisters on the arches of my feet. Ever since I applied these ENGO patches on to the soles of my shoes, I never had any blisters forming during my weekly runs! Value for money, great quality, it does support my feet (meaning no more blisters with every run), and I am not worried about the productโs appearances since my feet will cover the patches.

Solve shoe-friction issues
These โpatchesโ are what you need to disconnect the friction issue in your shoes. For me (everyone is different), I installed a patch in my shoe where the ball of my foot will be. Then instead of my foot โwearing-downโ on the liner, my foot โslidesโ with much less friction. Less friction equals less blisters. I have been on long hikes with friends who were having blister issues at various contact-points in their shoes. I say, โtry theseโ and give them some. So far these patches have solved this issues every time. They all ask for the Amazon link. Of course a patch wonโt solve the friction between toes and other causes of blister unrelated to the shoe. Toe socks, tape, and socks (whichever work for you) address those issues. I keep these patches in my kit. Iโve learned to bring extra for others. They weigh very little, so I can bring lots.

Saved my feet from Arch- Edge blisters
I am a serious post-collegiate distance runner and had bad plantar fasciitis at the end of August. The cortisone shot knocked me off of training for 2 weeks and I forked over the money for custom orthotics which I had to wait another two weeks for. I was out of shape. Then the new inserts gave me arch blisters! How am I supposed to break them in and get back into shape if it hurts to run! The doctor was no help, all they said was "heal your blisters and your feet will get used to them". No thank you! Moleskin was working kind of but not completely. But I watched a video about arch blisters from ENGO and thought I would give it a try. I felt a difference IMMEDIATELY. I now am 3 weeks back into running and they still work. The ones that I put on my inserts I had some bubbles/creases and am worried they will come off at some point, but I think I would buy it again just for the relief! Follow the video and try it out.

They Work.
I am a long distance walker, hiker, and backpacker. I have been using these patches for several years. They prevent blisters on the balls and heels of my feet. They also work for placement anywhere needed. I have been experimenting for over 30 years to build a combination of boots, socks, insoles, and blister prevention that works. I have found a few that work but none better than: Merrell Moab 2 GTX Mid boots, Wright socks, Sofsole Perform Athlete insoles, and ENGO patches. I give most of the credit to the Wright socks and ENGO patches. I suspect that combination would work with many different boot and insole combos. I have never had any trouble with the adhesive and I do a lot of my walking in the heat of Texas and Arizona. I'm on road and trail approximately 150-175 miles a month doing between 5 and 20 miles each hike (I even did a 40 miler last spring. My feet were sore and tired but without blisters or even hot spots.) I get 4 or 5 months out each set of these patches. I think the double layer Wright socks are taking up a lot of the sliding and making the patches last longer. That's a good thing because they are a bit pricey. I would like to say I will stop buying them because they cost too much but I won't. That's because I'm an old retired guy now and I need all the help I can get to stay out in the woods. Happy Trails.

Great
These work really well for preventing blisters when I go skateboarding. I dont feel any friction and its very comfortable. I would definitely buy again. Only downside ks I wish more came with the package, especially for the cost.

Doesnโt work
These didnโt do what theyโre designed to do. They wouldnโt even stick to the back of the shoe the heel part to prevent blisters the minute you put your shoe on they just slid.

A must for hiking
I purchased these for a three week hiking vacation in the Canadian Rockies. I am that member of my family that always gets horribly blistered feet and ends up lagging behind whining about my feet. I swore not this time! I purchased everything imaginable to prevent and treat blisters and these are among the very best. Pre-Vacation I attached these inside my boots in all the standard problem areas. Not only did they stay attached for three weeks and miles of hiking, but no blisters anywhere these were attached. My husband, complained of hot spots and resisted using these patches early on, he reasoned that these little stickers couldn't possibly help. Finally, he caved, and he too was a convert. His painful spot immediately stopped rubbing allowing his foot to heal. These things really do stick well too. My husband attached his to the inside of his boot during the hike in less than optimal or recommended conditions and they still are adhering inside his boot. Are they expensive for a glorified sticker? Yes! but if you suffer from blisters to the point they would ruin your vacation then they are worth every cent! Love, Love Love, would definitely buy again.

Excellent for blisters โ canโt feel they are there
I love to hike but get blisters very easily. I thought Iโd tried everything over the years (every shoe, every sock, every commercial insole) but I now have a new regime. These are an essential part of that. They were easy to apply, donโt change the fit of the shoe, and are only noticeable where Iโve put them over a rough-textured insole โ they are smoother than the insole, I otherwise canโt tell they are there. EXCEPT that I donโt get nearly as many blisters. I still get an occasional blister, especially if I havenโt been out hiking for awhile, but nowhere near the numbers I was getting before! These have been especially helpful for blisters I was getting all along the bottom of my feet. I use these with HikeGoo, Band-Aid or Dr. Frederickโs blister patches (on your feet), and Wrightโs double layered socks. I do still feel like I need all of these products for the best chance of avoiding blisters, but I think these ENGO patches have made the largest difference.

Always carry some.
These are the top rated anti blister items for walkers. It really sucks to get a blister in the middle of your planned hike, so carry some of these in your pack during your preparation to deal with the problem spots in your footware. For anyone who has never used these there are suggestions and links to videos to help on the pack.

Very satisfied, works great, would buy again.
My threading on the back of my new shoes were scratching my skin really badly. My friend was telling me that I had to just keep wearing it to break into them but I felt that it wasn't worth the pain. So I got these patches and they work really well. I applied the large oval patch on the backs of my shoe and then used a scissor to cut the tips into strips (in the pictures) so that they could fold nicely on the edges. They're really sticky and they're sticky enough such that if you mess up/it's not straight, you can peel off that region to reposition it. From the pictures I thought it would be a felt texture but it feels more like a smooth duct tape-kind of surface. Yes, my shoes look a little weird now with blue tape on the back, but I don't care because the shoes are comfortable and comfort is the number 1 priority for me.

Effective
I am very blister prone, used these plus the larger version under the balls of my feet for a 100 mile race and had zero blisters. Highly recommend. Ordered more for my new shoes, they are now essential adds.

They really work!
These have saved my inner arches! I am so surprised but so happy that I trusted the reviews. New trainers, and a few runs in I kept getting blisters on my inner arches. These patches have completely stopped this happening; I can feel the smooth movement of the sock against the patch. Worn twice for 6K runs so far and they have stayed completely in place and no blisters. I think they are expensive considering they have a 6 week suggested time frame, but Iโll be buying them again when needed. Very adhesive and comfortable. No bunching or peeling (but only used for 2 runs so far)
