I have actually purchased these twice and am going to buy them a third time soon. I used to wear the nasal strips, but those pale in comparison. I am really addicted to these weird little contraptions. I use them for bedtime, when I have a cold, and when I have a migraine. The first time, I lost the set that I used. Bummer! Yes, they are easy to lose while in dream state. The second time, my toddler son ripped the pieces apart. This made me so sad! He was so sweet about it, so how could I get mad? I am currently using a larger size from this second kit. They fit but are big. I will likely buy another set because: a) they price is perfect; b) I want the size that really fits me; c) I am afraid that someday these will be discontinued and I'll be screwed; and d) they really work. My only suggestion is to provide one set of four for each size. I have no need for Size 1 and 4, for example, so packaging them this way is only useful for first time purchasers. For repeat customers, I would like to see that I could buy just Size 2, for example.

The Nest Anti Snoring devise does help. It doesn't stop the snoring sound but was told it does help with the sound. They are uncomfortable but they can fall out of you toss and turn a lot..

Didn’t work for me. The Snore Bastions are better and you can order one size instead of getting other sizes that don’t fit.

I have trouble sleeping because when I lie down I have trouble breathing thru my nose. It not only causes snoring but i dont seem to feel rested even after many hours of sleep. Nise vents have made a huge difference. I've tried a lot of these vents and these are the ones that work best for me. They are silicone and soft so they won't cut the inside of your nose. But they are firm enough to not collapse. They are super comfortable. They are often out when i wake up, they either come out or i take them out in my sleep. This is annoying but not the vents fault! I now have a game of 'find the vent' that I play! The only problem with this purchase is they only have the pack of 4 sizes, i would love to find a package of just 1 size. But that's a small issue, I will continue buying these as long as they're sold! Seller was great, received earlier than expected. I'm very happy with my purchase.

These are pretty good solutions. I normally use a Breathe Right every night, but I've only used one in the few weeks since I bought these. I have noticed a slight deviation in my sinus passage that keeps one side from going all the way in, but they still work. The problem is if you have allergies or a cold or any other reason to have to blow your nose in the night. This is definitely made more awkward with something stuck up in there. On bad allergy nights, you'll want to have a Breathe Right handy as an alternative. Also, I've noticed that there is a slight whistle noise if I breathe deeply. It is very slight, and doesn't exist while breathing normally.

I have tried quite a few of these kinds of products and these are my least favorite. They are quite hard and I ended up pulling them out in my sleep almost every night. I still keep them around in case I lose all of my others, but I probably won't order them again.

This product is being sold at such reasonable price that I could resist not to try it. WOW! Did I get my money’s worth?!!! First of all it comes with 4 different sizes, so I was able to select one which works best for me. The very first night when I used it my nose breathing problem has disappeared. I still snore a little but not as loud as I used to snore. So it definitely helped with snoring as well. This product provided a solution I needed at the price that cannot be beat!
