Is the flavor if einkorn like kamut? how would you describe the flavor of this grain?

Einkorn wheat is a soft and smaller berry. The Einkorn flavor is good, almost a nutty flavor. I grind it into flour and make pancakes and the flavor of the pancake is so much better.

Is this whole wheat or all-purpose? The description on the bags in the pic do not specify

is it fine enough to make tortillas?
