Very Impressive
I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the other reviews but decided to give these a try. I have no issues with sound or ringing tone. It was very easy to set up and enter phone numbers. It displays who is calling without the need for paying extra for this service from phone line provider.

An improvement on my old Panasonic hands free
Not too hard to set up.made easier by having PDF manual online...so I didnt have to struggle with the tiny 6pt tinkerbelle light type on the supplied manual.Fairly intuitive one you get the hang of it. and I say that as a not very techy person of "mature years"......ringing tone is plenty enough loud depending which one you select. But maximum volume of the set in conversation and on speaker could be a bit louder. I was happy I could turn the answer phone off completely .Dont need it.Overall attractive phones lots of clever features ..but you can keep it simple as well. Well made German product.Super fast delivery by Amazon......and a good price compared with others. A good buy.

Very nice looking phone
I read the reviews which helped me decide my purchase. Nice looking phone which I think is important as it is in my lounge.Easy to set up.I didn't give it maximum score for 'easy to use' only because it is capable of performing so many more functions that I'll never need. The user manual is very extensive.Thoroughly recommend this phone and it is a reasonable price.

Nice Phones
I like these phones. They replaced my Panasonic which were old so looked for a new type. I like the feel and look. The ring tones are different. My only complaint is I can't seem to set up the phone book without scrolling through every number to find what I am looking for. This might just be me not being able to sort it out.I also like that the answering machine can be turned off as we have answering service with our phone which works for us. I would definitely buy again. And the volume is very good which was lacking with panasonic.

Doesn't receive incoming calls
Disappointed.When the phone arrived, it looked and felt like quality.It has way too many daft options, especially the ring tones...Once it was all set up though, I was eager to get it tested, so, sent out a few messages to call me...ALAS....No calls!I could call out, nobody could call me!I scoured the internet, tried tweaks, resets etc... Tried my service provider then reached out to the seller who pointed me at the manufacturer - who I'd already tried....So, returning. Really is a shame as it does look nice and feels well-made....

Easy to use
Easy to use and set up. The volume of the base and handset ringer is good. However the audio volume when listening to callers is not as good as we hoped. Still better though, than the BT and Doro phones we tried.Hate the ringtone melodies.

GigaSet C190A - easiest set up imagineable
This was a trio/three unit set and the whole lot was unpacked, plugged in and ready to roll within 15 minutes. The instructions were as clear as they could be, but frankly anybody who cannot work out how this collection of telephone kit goes together should perhaps leave such matter to someone else. Figuring out how to populate the Contacts/Numbers list was simple and straightforward without reference to the written word and after doing so, pressing the "Options" key, whereupon Copy List and setting the resulting screen to which handset to copy to, the entire entered list soon appeared on that other handset. The phones are so intuitive to use, the written instructions are quite superfluous!!

Prises incompatibles et frais de livraison exhorbitant !!!
Les prises des téléphones sont anglaises ! J'ai du payer un énorme coup d'envoi qui ne sera évidemment pas rembourser alors que les prises ne sont pas adapté à la Belgique et ce n'est mis nulle part dans la description produit!!! C'est une arnaque, vaut mieux s'abstenir....

Falsche Anschlüsse
Es kann ja wohl nicht sein, dass die Geräte mit amerikanischen Anschlusskabeln geliefert werden. Gott sei Dank habe ich noch von alten Geräten die Kabel. wenn das nicht so wäre, ging die Bestellung prompt zurück. Die Lieferung ging an eine ältere Dame die mit einer englischen Anleitung überhaupt nichts anfangen kann. ich werde nächste Woche dort hinfahren und versuchen die Geräte zu installieren. sollte eine Umstellung auf Deutsch nicht funktionieren, schicke ich die Geräte zurück

Stromanschluß nur für UK geeignet. Rücksendung nach UK kompliziert, da kein vorfrankiertes Etikett möglich. Muß Porto auslegen und bei Amazon Deutschland einfordern.Hinweis, dass das Gerät nur in UK zu betreiben ist fehlt im Amazon Angebot!!!!
