This waffle and pancake mix is so easy to make. I used the mini waffle maker I bought at Amazon as you can see on the picture. The greatest thing about the mix is that it only takes three ingredients. I coated the mini waffle maker with olive oil spray. I made the mix and poured it on the waffle maker. Then I turned over. Done! These are not crispy, they come out soft and fluffy. They are so tasty I eat them without any topping. I love them.

I never tried this product in my life but when I brought this three times on Amazon fresh, listen with one box I made 50 pancakes and they are so fluffy and light and tasty, you can eat them even without syrup. Highly recommended and the price is great for value of money. And all you need is water to make them.

Amazon packaged two boxes of the pancake mix in a heavy manilla paper mailing package more suitable for fabrics etc. The thin boxes of mix were fairly roughed up, but crushing did not break the inner bag of mix inside the boxes. I give them 2 stars for transport packaging. The mix itself was ok. If you follow directions the batter is very thick. Taste and texture were fine......nothing special.......just a fast way to do breakfast. I give them 4 stars for being an ok product to buy for fast easy cooking.

and they are so simple he can make them himself. They are light and fluffy, and I can incorporate eggs or milk easily if I wish. I make waffles with the mix as well. No complaints.

This mix was used in a cooking demo online so I decided to give it a try. I'd tried several (three?) other pancake mixes, which were awful (and expensive). This one actually works. Unlike the other mixes, it fluffs up the way it should and tastes great. Will buy again.

I’ve been relying on this brand for many years and it has never disappointed me. The box I received from Amazon was intact and had an expiration date approximately two years away, which is much better than what I’ve seen at local stores. This pancake mix calls for water, but it’s extra good if you use milk instead. I often doctor it up with added ingredients. Adding a smashed banana and some chopped nuts makes it taste like banana bread. Blueberries are wonderful with this mix. Adding baking cocoa and a little sweetener makes it taste like chocolate cake. It’s very easy to make regular pancakes or dessert type pancakes with this mix. And it’s healthier than eating actual desserts. It’s a good thing to keep on hand. Especially if you’re the type of person who might need a quick substitution for dessert.
