Nicely flavoured biltong!
High protein, low sugar and absolutely morish flavour, i could easily eat a whole bag in one sitting but usually retain myself I was weighing 35g portions but after a few goes doing that i can more or less wing it now buy just grabbing my handful of biltong, only lasts 4 days once opened so eat 2 handfuls per day at least to eat within the timeframe so not to waste any (it's too nice to waste). May seem a bit dry at first glance but once you start chewing there's a full on flavour explosion going on in your mouth that seems to get your saliva flowing and your taste buds tingling for more.

Very nice biltong. Very good for me because there is no fat.

Average
My kids love biltong but they said that this was not great. I tend to agree, the biltong has been cut perfectly, cured well but it does not taste great, possibly the meat quality that is causing this but I would not know. I will still eat it but not likely to buy again.

Not Teriyaki flavoured!
This is just salted biltong slices. It's perfectly edible but has absolutely no teriyaki flavour.Further, it contains gluten which seems really unnecessary, especially as there is not even soya sauce flavour, let alone teriyaki flavour.
