Perfection for the first 2 years. Still going strong.
At the 2 year mark, I thought I would write a quick review. Installation was easy if you are a little handy and have a few basic tools. It has never leaked. It has worked absolutely flawlessly for 2 years. I had to change the sediment prefilter at 12 months, and again at 24 months. I had to change the Reverse Osmosis filter at 24 months. This was all in the time frame I expected for moderate water use for 2 adults. The water tastes excellent, and the water flow has always been good. Very happy with this unit (G2P600).

Works well, easy to install, and quality is confirmed with routine TDS measurements.
6 month review: Water tastes similar to vending machines and water stores. I have consistently measured filtered water TDS at 8-12 ppm. The discarded water measures TDS anywhere between 300-600 and it tastes like armpit sweat, so it is definitely working on both instrument analysis as well as taste test. I collect discarded water for watering house/patio plants, but it's nice that discard volume is low (1:1). It's installed in the garage sink and use it mainly for filling 5 gallon jugs (with food grade silicone tubing attached to the faucet into jugs) that are also stored in the garage. It takes around 5-7 minutes to fill 5 gallons. I appreciate the clean design as the main unit is installed under a utility sink where it is easily visible.

Recommended (but get the mini tank too)
The Waterdrop G2P600 is an excellent reverse osmosis system (RO). We previously had a big tank RO but after a gallon or two it would slow down until there was just a trickle from the faucet. Then we would have to wait for the tank to refill. Having a continuous flow RO is a huge plus. And it takes up less than half the space as our old RO & tank. I had some concerns about the noise of the pump but honestly we keep it under the sink and when the doors are closed it's barely noticeable. However that we had one minor problem. There is a pause when you turn the faucet on. That momentary pause did not play well with our refrigerator ice maker. It made some loud noises. So I highly recommend if you are going to connect this RO to the refrigerator you buy the tank as well. (Waterdrop PMT Small Water Pressure Tank.) And then bleed a lot of water through the fridge to remove any potential bubbles in the line. Now there's no momentary lapse and the ice maker is quiet once again. You can see just how small the tank is compared to the RO in the attached picture. It was a very easy install and made a huge difference. Here's my water measurements in Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) measured in parts per million using the Craft911 water tester: 249 tds from the hose 324 tds from the sink (from a water softener) 34 tds from our old RO 12 tds from the G2P600 RO That's quite an improvement. Some day I'll have our water tested just to see what's actually in there and what the G2P600 is removing from the source. So I highly recommend the G2P600 and tank. This is proving to be one of my best Amazon purchases.

H2O expert impressed
I owned a successful marine aquarium service company for 15+ years and have been a reef tank hobbiest for more than 30 years. I know a lot about water quality, both for my reef tank water changes, and for my daily drinking water. I manufacture my aquarium water using RODI technology (reverse osmosis deionization), the only practical method for producing lab grade water with 0.0 TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). This takes constant digital testing of both my input city water and the output water after my filter. I am sure I have bored you to sleep but please WAKE Up. (In case you wonder why I don't simply drink the water from my RODI filter, one would need to add minerals back to it first before it would be safe to consume on any type of regular basis.) Now you know why I wanted a separate, dedicated Reverse Osmosis drinking water system for my family. After I Installed the Waterdrop Tankless Reverse Osmosis unit, (a very straight forward task that honestly should take the average person about 1/3rd the time of an old technology RO filter with pressurized water tank for drinking water), I was shocked to test the output water at the included metal faucet at a low TDS of just 3 PPM. My city water entering the Tankless system is currently at 140ppm. The fact that the Waterdrop system improves the water quality to only 3ppm without the use of dionization is AMAZING. Also, I turn on the filter and immediately test the water, thus there is no wait time required to let the water run before it is ready to drink. I have had my Tankless system running for months and it is rock solid at 3ppm. It is clean, delicious drinking water from an attractive, compact unit. I could not be more pleased. I also want to speak to the customer service I experienced. Unfortunately, after about 2 months of use, the 400GPD system would not turn on. I was really surprised when this occurred and emailed Waterdrop support without delay. Although I was well past the Amazon 30 day return period, the representative clearly cared about customer satisfaction and shipped me out a new, complete upgraded 600 GPD unit and a return postage paid shipping label for my original 400 GPD unit. He also sent me a free extra filter cartridge for the inconvenience I had experienced. I have had this replacement unit running for months without any issues. I would give Waterdrop 10 stars if it was allowed. Thanks for reading my lengthy, but honest review. Please buy a Waterdrop Tankless Reverse Osmosis filter, you will not be sorry you did!

I have been using this unit for about 6 months now and it has held up great so far and continued to produce fresh and crisp tasting water on demand without any leaks or issues. The install was also very easy as I luckily had a hole in my granite countertop from a previous install. Although, you might need a professional to do that part for you if you dont want to ruin your countertop. I did also get a bit technical and invested in a TDS meter to test the quality of water being produced and if the RO was doing its job. After testing I noticed that when the faucet is turned on initially the TDS is high as the water which is sitting inside the unit is exited, the TDS drops after running the water for 10-15 seconds. This does result is some water wastage also meaning if you just want to fill a quick glass of water, it will not be the best quality of water that the system can produce. I did get into touch with the customer service team and they were very helpful and suggested I fill a pitcher rather than turning on the system for every glass of water required. Overall, using the pitcher method I'm getting around 10-20 PPM on the TDS meter compared to 280PPM after my softener does its job. Overall, Im satisfied with this product and will recommend it to anyone looking to install a undersink RO system. My only hope is that newer iterations can resolve the issue of the filter producing water at full efficiency right when it is turned on. My next milestone of using this product would be to replace the one of the filters as it has a 1 year life. Looking at the cost of the filters, it is a bit on the higher end but I do hope that it gives me the full year life that is stated.

Started well and does seem to produce clean water. The problem is it now rumbles (quite loudly) every two minutes as if trying to force water through the system. Cannot find any contact details for the selling company.
