Its bigger than expected but not complaining. Seems sturdy like hard to break. These are things that are important to me.

I had a bad fall, and tore the heck out of my right rotator cuff. I always suspected that an injury to such a verstatile often-used joint would hurt like heck ... but who knew it would hurt as much as it did? A tough recovery, that.I went through physical therapy for as long as the insurance supported it; but as a shoulder often takes a full year to fully recover, I needed to continue with my therapy. Which I did, religiously (using bands supplied by the therapists).But, after a while, they broke, and I needed to replace them. These seemed like a quality exercise band, and in fact they are. They are longer (and thus, more versatile) than the ones I got from therapy, and I never broke them.The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is that the rubber is a little bit abrasive on the skin of my hands; a problem easily rectified by wearing my weight-lifting gloves while exercising.

I assumed that this was a rubber exorcize band but it feels like there is some plasticizers in it.

It’s very similar to the one I used in the physical therapy gym when I had a frozen shoulder. Has the right amount of resistance. Very durable. My PT guy suggested using a band and overdoor shoulder pulley to continue daily exercise at home. So this worked well for me.

Works great. Just like they have in a Physical Theropy office.

I’ve tried quite a variety of stretch bands, and usually you end up paying more for the bands you won’t use ever! The other end of it is that they don’t last very long, due to repeated stretching the material soon disintegrates and one day, sooner or later, ruptures while you are exercising.Well, I tried this “single” band and been using it for a couple of months, it is cut to a decent length, it’s sturdy and the tension level of the band is just what I was expecting for a “medium” strength band. So, I’ll be using it for the foreseeable future daily and I’ll find out how long it’ll last, but so far so good.

Está muy bien el material, cumple su funcion

Während des Aufbautrainings regelmäßig verwendet und auch öfters verknotet und anderweitig strapaziert. Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Ich hoffe dass es sich bei der nächsten Verwendung genauso gut bewährt.
