**Q: Are these subs waterproof?**
A: No speaker to my knowledge is "waterproof". Now water resistant, there are some, but this one i don't believe is.

**Q: Will they fit under the seat of a 2006 bmw 330i ?**
A: No

**Q: Looking to put these in 01 burb factory location, looks pretty good fit wise, box will be a little smaller than they would normally like.should work**
A: I have had no problems with the two i bought

**Q: Will they fit in he door of a 2014 Ford Mustang?**
A: You will have to either modify the door panels or add a spacer between the speaker and door panel.  The magnet structure on the back is too big in diameter even though the rest of the speaker is shallow enough.
