Love the water filter. Tastes great and easy to remove to refill. Great taste!! The change in water flow isn’t much noticed.

We’ve been using these filters for the last three years as we don’t have a refrigerator that can do filtration. This company makes it easy to find the replacement filters and the directions are simple and easy to follow. It makes our water taste great. And the price is middle of the road.As soon as I install it, I flush out the water and use it on my plants. But it’s ready to go within about five minutes.Pros:- I can literally replace a filter with one hand.- It ships super fast.- It has minimal packaging.- My water taste great afterwards.- It lasts for about six months, even though the packaging says it should last for a year. I don’t find this to be a negative because we have a lot of people who drink water in our family.Cons:- I have yet to find how this company says we should dispose of this filter. I would love more information on that.- I can’t really think of any cons right now.I would absolutely recommend this and would buy again as I have been doing.

I have been using these filters for the past year with positive results. This system is on city water. After about six months, I replaced the filter and decided to inspect its contents, since the manufacturer does not provide a cross-sectional view.After cutting open the used filter, I observed that the sediment layer was noticeably darker on the outside, indicating effective particulate capture. The interior appears to be a carbon block. Based on this, the manufacturer’s claims that it removes chlorine, VOCs, odors, and similar contaminants seem plausible.Overall, I recommend reviewing your municipal water quality report to determine whether this system meets your needs. If your water contains higher levels of sediment, a system with separate, more easily replaceable, and less expensive filter stages may be more appropriate. If chemical levels are elevated, I would not rely solely on a carbon block and would instead consider a reverse osmosis system.In general, this system works well for my needs and I assume for many users on municipal (non-well) water.

We have enjoyed our Waterdrop filter for several years now. In our case, the filter needs to be replaced yearly. Simplest of installs.

This does well in filtering the water. I would give it 5 stars, but it only filters a fraction of the capacity it states. The package insert says it filters up to 11,000 gallons and should last for at last a year. However, I use it for about a gallon of drinking water per day; and after 2 months, I always have to replace it because the water starts tasting bad again. So, in addition to the hassle of having to do all that's involved in replacing it, it's much more expensive than I thought it would be when I decided to go with purchasing and installing the Waterdrop system.

Excelent replacement filter.No problems with water pressure or quality.Far more cost effective than most other filter systems.Waterdrop recomends replacing this filter every year regardless of usage.There is some confusion about whether the water valve needs to be turned off when replacing the filter. I did with mine, but I'm not sure it's necessary.
