We spent a while looking for decently priced nightstands, but nothing came close in price, look/feel, and quality as these nightstands. I was a bit hesitant to purchase them since it was an online purchase and we wouldn't get a chance to see them in person until we already owned them.Turns out, we made the right decision. And just for the record, we purchased this set at $118.Each nightstand came in a separate box. Both were very well packed with plenty of styrofoam and plastic for protection. I'm glad too, because one of the boxes looked pretty beat up with a few dents and even punctures. I was happy to see that when I unwrapped the packaging, there wasn't a scratch on either nightstand.We placed each table on either side of our bed (duh). We own a queen size bed which sits on top of a box spring on top of rails with wheels. The top of the nightstand just about matches the height of our bed, which was perfect for us. Check the dimensions in the Product Details, obviously, if the height is important to you.The finish on the nightstands is of decent quality and had no defects when it arrived. It's definitely a dark finish, darker than the somewhat common "espresso" color, but not jet black. In my opinion, the finish and color looks quite snazzy and modern.One issue is, the drawers are a bit small. While the entire width of the nightstand is 18", the inside width of each drawer is really only about 12". The length of each drawer is about 10" and the depth is about 2". Note, these aren't actual measurements, just my estimates. I'll get around to measuring them and putting in the actual values into this review soon.Regardless, the volume of the drawers is perfect for me since all I need is a place to keep my wallet, watch, pens, a book, gum, chapstick, etc, which all fits into a single drawer.Note that the drawers do not sit on rails, but simply fit snugly into their cavities. So you will be sliding wood on wood when you open and close the drawer. Also, there is no stopper installed, so the drawers will fall out if you pull them out too far. Unfortunately, the wood-on-wood and no-stopper aspects do make the nightstand set feel a bit cheap when I open and close the drawers. But ultimately, given all the other great aspects of these nightstands, I'm fine with it.All in all, I am very happy with this purchase. The nightstands look great, they have enough capacity to store the little that I need to store, and the price was right.

Bought this table on Amazon for $35...chose this item for three reasons: 1)color, 2)height, and 3)price. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box- no assembly required! None! I couldn't believe that for the price it was already assembled. The item was exactly as expected- nice black color, both little drawers function perfectly- no sticking or difficulty there. Arrived with no damage and it looks great- not at all like a $35 piece of furniture! I only bought one of these, because I didn't want to have to return two...assuming the worst- now I am going to order a second! I wish it had a little bit bigger space for items on top- it is pretty small and you need a small accent type lamp- but it is sturdy and nice looking, so I highly recommend!

The packaging was excellent, so you would expect it to arrive intact. However, when I took mine out, the pull knob on the drawer was snapped off. It is so cheap that the knobs do not attach with a screw on the inside of the drawer. They are just a piece of wood stuck in a hole that does not go all the way through to the inside. They are so small that one could not drill a hole and put a screw in them. There isn't any way to get the broken off piece out either. The color is truly a dark black, not the grayish black that the picture makes it look like. I am sending this back and will not order another one.

I really love this cute item, and it fits my cozy room so well. I ordered one and when it arrived I found it was damaged in one spot, yet the new free one was sent immediately the next day, and I don't have to waste time and money to send the damaged one! And the seller is very kind and always gives me prompt reply when I ask for information. I am really satisfied with this great service from the seller. Although the shipping is a little bit long--about 10 days, yet it always arrives safely. And the item is great, in style, use and price!

For the $45 I paid for this product, I believe the quality is sufficient. If you look a little closer than a quick glance you can see the lack of quality workmanship. It looks like a quick paint job was thrown over some rough surfaces in on the drawers, which makes them look a little sloppy. The bottom drawer also does not smoothly pull out of the base. These things are expected at this price point. However, what I did expect is that it would arrive in one piece and not bent out of shape. Success! No assembly required. It was wrapped sufficiently within a box UPS had managed to beat up a bit. Apart from one little Knick on the back corner which is not pictured, the cracks that I have included in images appear to have occurred prior to shipping. I don’t see how the placement of such cracks, including the lower shelf being bent out of shape at the seam would occur during the shipping process. This leads me to believe I was shipped a new product with slight imperfections. Which again, I am okay with because it serves my purpose and looks good enough. But if you are looking for a bargain AND something that is in pristine condition, I would not count on this product being a match. It’s great for a nice little side table to just unwrap and put it where you need it. I would be lying if I didn’t say I was a little disappointed though.

This a nice end table, definitely not high-end. Mine had one leg shorter than the others and was a bit wobbly, but I added one of the adhesive felt pads made for furniture, and it's fine. The finish is matte, not glossy, but it's smooth, and looks good. The drawers pull completely out (no stopper), so I would not recommend this for a child's room. It's perfect for my small guest room. I loved the fact that it was completely assembled!

We really like the tables (Ordered a set of two), But very disappointed as they came damaged. One of them the corner is completely destroyed. They were poorly packaged and that knobs were all worn down. And there was damage to almost all the corners on the top of the table.

Didn't use this, it was too shakey and unstable. Tried to return it but vendor said to discard it.
