Good replacement
These cushions offer a cost effective replacement for the originals, at about 1/3 the price. If you are wondering whether the originals are better, it's worth considering that mine disintegrated, just as others have experienced. While it's too soon to tell how long these will hold up, if they last half as long as the brand name replacements, that wouldn't make them a good product but they'd still be better than the original ones. For now, the material seems to be of reasonably good quality. They fit well and are comfortable. I have no reason to think that they won't hold up, but I will update the review if they show any unusual wear. The workmanship falls short of the originals, but it's not something that you'd notice in normal use. The part that anchors these to the headphones is about twice as wide as on the originals, leaving a more pronounced black ring where these meet the headphones. That's not necessarily more or less aesthetically pleasing, but the stitching is uneven enough that it looks worse in spots on close inspection. It's not anything that affects use, or anything that someone looking at you would be likely to notice. All in all, I can't think of any compelling reason to get a different brand.

Replacement Fit for Urbanite XL requires trim
These are an adequate replacement for the ear cushions on my Sennheiser Urbanite XL, especially at a quarter of the cost of official replacements. However, the caveat is that they are not crafted to fine specification, so there is way too much elastic on the lip for them to fit. After I trimmed the inside diameter of the elastic, they fit just fine.

Better than the cushions that came with the Urbanites!
Pros:+So much more comfortable than the cushions that came with the headphones in the first place!+I've been using them consistently for over a week now. Not once have the cushions slipped off like the old ones used to! (I'd probably attribute it to the wider rings)Notes:While I read a number of reviews that said the cushions were difficult to put on, I personally didn't find them any more challenging than what came with the headphones initially. I didn't need to cut them, either. It is good to note that the rings aren't meant to fit on all the way (...at least I don't think they are!)Great replacement product, would buy again

A decent replacement for the stock pads.
The stock pads that came with the Urbanite XLs started falling apart after a couple of years. I bought these as a replacement so I could continue to use them. The padding isn't nearly as squishy as the stock ones. They do require a bit of trimming to get them to fit, but it was simple with a pair of junk drawer scissors. If your stock pads are starting to flake from overuse, these pads are a decent replacement but I would not consider them an upgrade.

Didn't fit, had to glue them on the cup
A little desapointed, the lip on these didnt't fit in the groove of the cup, it is too wide. I trimmed of some of the extra to the same size as the original cup, but after wrestling to put them on for 15min I gave up. The material is not elastic/ stretchable like the original and just didn't fit. In the end I just glued them on to the cup and it worked.

Good quality
Quality is good, but it cannot fit to the headphone without some cutting of the inner plastic.I finally managed to mount it to the headphone

A little thinner and less comfortable than the original cusions that came with my Sennheiser Urbanite XL. They also needed to be trimmed to fit in the ring.
