I have two great leather chairs that had the factory upholstery webbing beneath the seat for support. Over time, under rears and after AZ temps the webbing stretched and lost its elasticity. Thus, the chairs sagged when sat in and would need assistance from an upholstery shop or...a DIY project. Thus, I ordered the binding tool kit and it worked as if the chairs were new again. Great support again and over time these bindings will not lose their elasticity like the webbing that came with the chair. This binding tool kit made the job very easy and I am very pleased. Did cost me money for this project BUT when I considered what it would have cost me to outsource this project then there is no question, this was the way to go. I may not need this tool for this same job again but I am going to HD to pick up some 10' pieces of PVC and I will bind them and then mount them up on the rack on the top of my car. Will not have a worry about the pieces flopping in the wind and breaking. This tool may come in very handy over time. Plus, friends will be informed I have it if ever they need it.

I regret not having bought one of this earlier in my life. Tremendously helpful if you pack things with any frequency. Works as advertised, took me maybe one trial before I started getting decent strappings. I did shop around for best price between here and eBay,...

Directions are lacking but we figured it out and it works as it should.

I been using the straps the old fashion way putting in the metal thing doing the loop on one side then another. Finally after 18 years here at this company I got a fancy tool :D. The directions are a bit unclear, but I found out how to do it after two attempts. and it is a total game changer. I am not very fast at it yet, but used it to do a skid and actually I was doing it side ways not on a box so it did make it a bit harder for my first time, but the skid was an airtank with two tall boxes next to it so the straps went around the box and the air tank. I did get them tight so that is all that matters and this was so easy compared to pulley it by hand.

Love this set, works great. Bands packages very tight. Clamps that come with the kit are okay but there are better ones out there. I'd buy this kit all day long and highly recommend it to anyone

Good value compared to some tool catalog sites and the included 100 fastening clamps is a plus. No problems with the tensioner or crimper. Using nylon strapping which is fine for light/medium applications. Now if only the cat would hold still... : )

New to me. I have only used it a few times so far. Easy to use once you figure out the code for wrapping the bands in the tensioner. The only drawback is that the handle had sharp edges where the metal was sheered on the inside that had to be filed down smooth. Still holding up pretty good after much use.

Item seems to be well made' It shipped fast.

Instructions not very clear but easy to use once I figured out how to insert binding strap in the binding lever.

The edges of the metal crimper are so sharp you can shave with it. I used to do metal shearing and the shear blades from this supplier were so dull they actually tore the steel edges. I had to return it as it was dangerous for my staff to use them.
