It’s soft. But I do wish it was just alittle longer. You may want to hand wash it only.

I didn’t notice the neckline
Very soft. Not so keen it was shipped in a clear plastic with zip- anyone could have handled or put something on it.Neckline may be too high for dresses I needed it for. I should have laud attention to neckline when ordering. I think it is a bit small for size

Serves its purpose
Easy wear and wash (I hang dry). Serves its purpose well as an undergarment layer for spring and summer dresses. Since most clothing no longer comes with any lining, these offer a nice needed layer.
