Never before had I encountered such service from a merchant. I had bought the baby monitor with the intend to use in my new house. However, the house is large and comprises of 5 level in total. The structure of the house is quite complex, therefore I’m not surprised that the signal isn’t the strongest at certain nooks and crannies. The rest of the features for this baby monitor is excellent. However, due to the less than perfect connection (which I felt was due to the structure of my house rather than the quality of the receiver), we decided to return it. When we requested for a refund, the merchant was very prompt in assisting. However my local post office was giving us some trouble due to the fact that we declared the item as hazmat (due to the lithium battery housed inside the monitor) and the postal guys refused to accept. I wrote to the merchant asking for help to inform Amazon to pick up instead and I was floored by their reply. They told me that instead of going through so much trouble to return it, they are gifting it to us instead and will refund me in full. This is really the most amazing customer service that I had received from any of the Amazon merchants. Support them, go ahead make that purchase with Loya Shopping.
