Awesome product works wonderfully as advertised

Been reading conflicting info, so let me tell you:1. It WILL charge your PSPgo. It charged mine, no matter what my PSP's settings were. And not just on the XMB either. I was just happy I was able to charge my PSPgo with my PS Vita portable charger in-game. Bad battery life was the PSPgo's major flaw (even more so that it's not easily replaceable), so this cable will allow you to keep playing if you have a portable charger handy. And if you only have half of an official PSP charger, you'll be happy to know that the USB Type-A side of this cable has a notch to allow you to plug it into that.2. It WILL allow you to transfer data. I used the cable to connect my PSPgo to my laptop, and, well, it works.What more do you want? This day and age, you can forget about finding, let alone paying for, official Sony PSPgo cables or anything else PSPgo-related. This PSPgo cable is cheap and works, so you can leave your official cables safe at home. I'm even thinking of picking up a few more!

Got a PSP GO without a charger so I took a chance on this. Works fine without any issues at all. Connected and charged my PSP GO just fine. Overall, very happy to have.

This worked for me as a charger but I already have a charger, I bought this for data transfer (with latest Intel Mac) and it didn't work for that. Im about to return it. Came with the screen protector too but its just flimsy plastic
