Not quite excellent
Its a really well made, solid bar. It comes with 4 coach screws and washers which are more than enough to screw into solid wood or with large rawl plugs a masonry wall (need a 13mm spanner / socket). Being a bent bar, it's very ergonomic keeping wrists at a more natural angle.Down side - its not painted to a high standard. There is a small amount of corrosion on the back plate and you can hear flakes of rust inside and a small amount in the bag it comes in. Disappointing for a brand new item.

The bar is pretty solid, but it is also quite compact. For instance I am 85kgs and the bar hardly moves at all when I pull up, even with 4 screws only provided in the installation kit.For those of you wondering if it can be installed in a brick wall... Yes it can! I used wall anchors sized 14x75mm with the provided screws and it worked well.
