GYMNICHeavy MED 3 - Blue

I had to have surgery on my arm and have had physical therapy for the past 3 months. I would like to keep up on my exercises at home on my own and knew that I needed this. It is absolutely perfect and the quality is top notch. It is easy to grip and does not feel too soft or squishy . The texture is perfect if you need to work on your grip as it will not slip out of your hands. It is filled with water I believe and holds its shape. The weight is right on target and is perfect for the physical therapy exercises I need to do. Don’t think twice… buy this!

I used this ball in physical therapy for psoas and glute muscle release. It works great for this goal so I had to buy one for home. Kind of expensive but worth it to feel better. Other brands have a different squishyness and size - this one works perfectly for me.

I wanted the same exercise ball that my PT used with me during our sessions and I found it here. It shipped faster than listed and I could continue my exercises. Very pleased to the same quality ball that she uses. I would buy again from seller.

After returning 3 med balls, I finally asked my physical therapist if I could order the ones they have. She looked on Amazon, and there they were.Gymnic med ball. I use the yellow and red. They feel so much better than the rubber ones and the lopsided sand ones. Plus they don’t smell like rubber. They are made in Italy. The PT said they have had theirs 15 years❗️love these

This product was just as described and I have been using it every day to good effect in my physical therapy regimen.

I purchased this one kilogram ball so I could do the same exercises at home that I was doing at a physical therapy office. I decided to spend the extra money to purchase the same brand that my physical therapist had because I figured that the physical therapy office would purchase an item that would stand up to the frequent use (and occasional abuse?) that would be the case in a PT facility.I have not been disappointed. The ball is made of thicker rubber, and with a non-slick surface that makes gripping the ball easier then cheaper competitor products. I recommend it highly. It should definitely last.

We built a whole training system on these types of medicine balls called Abdomimax, I highly recommend this type of balls instead of the hard surfaced, balls with handles or the huge leather type of medicine balls. Yes they have their purpose in fitness but these water or geal filled medicine balls have huge advantage as they are bouncy and alos soft surfaced. They are pretty safe in partner training, as if you not able to catch the ball or miss your grip, it will not going to smash your face. Easy to grip. Slightly soft medicine ball; great for home work outs as it does not make much noise when dropped (it is not a slam ball).
