Gear 2000 Youth Intimidator Junior Shoulder Pad

My son 7yo just finished his first season of tackle football and we used these pads to get him through the season. They fit great and held up fine. Depending on how he grows, they may see another year of duty next season.They are pretty basic pads, but there was more than enough padding to them. My son's not a big kid, but he's physical and they never failed him. Decent circulation to help keep him cool during the hot Georgia summer and they never got to a point that they smelled terrible, so there must be some antimicrobial treatment to them. They were small enough to throw in the wash and held up fine.Great beginner pads for the starting age groups. Would definitely buy again.

My 2nd grade son loves these he thinks they’re the coolest thing and that he’s a real football player when wearing them. I agree they are probably not cut out for actually playing in but they’re so much more fun than the foam n plastic ones. They are a little big on him so he’ll get a lot of use as he still has plenty of time to grow into these.

Got these for my 11 year old son. They fit and work great. Not the ideal pads but for the kids it works perfect and the price makes it leaps and bounds better than any big box place you may find pads.

Very impressed with these shoulder pads. Exactly what my 7 year old son wanted and fit him perfectly! He just wanted them to wear with his jerseys so I can't say if they work good on the field. But they they seem to be built very well and are great for what he wanted them for.
