It is a little too grainy or clumpy for me. It works but not as well as others. I guess it is what you get used to.

I use a lot of this lubricant for medical needs. It works just as well as some of the name brand lubricants. It always nice to find a good product at a very good price, and it was a very good value for the money.

This product is great for self-cath to cope with scar tissue after prostate laser surgery. The lubricate sticks better than other brands and does not slide off the catheter.

In spite of negative post by another claiming this to be poor quality. I LIKE it. I suppose it's like some people love one food and another person hates it. To each his own.

Very good lubricant doesn't dry out during use.

As a replacement for KY Jelly that is provided by the Veterans Administration I find that the jelly is way better. No residue no sticky stuff just good clean lubrication for the insertion of catheters for urination multi times daily.
