I'm very pleased with this car system and support I got from the vendor. I actually ordered this version of the product by mistake, but after emailing the sales team there were very kind to send the correct part I needed (In this case the starter button). There are a some features in this system that I don't use, i.e. trunk, side door operation.The most difficult part for me was to identify the correct wires to which this device needs to be hooked into, electric probes are sold separately, but it would be nice they be included since are definitely needed; I had some minor trouble wiring the sensors, but this obviously depend on the car this device is being installed into. The documentation could be improved but it is sufficient.I truly enjoy being able to remote start my car, automatic entry and locking of my vehicle, the keypad override feature in case my dongle is lost or I'm not carrying it as well as being able to start my vehicle with the push of a button like newer car models do, in fact, not all newer car models provide these functions. This product definitely adds value to old cars such as mine.

GREAT PRODUCT.PROS: What I like about this product the most is how easy it was to install. Everything is in the manual that it comes with. Brings two set of remotes ( which is a plus because I'm always loosing or misplacing one). The system knows when you are moving far away from the vehicle so it will lock itself and recognizes when you are coming close to it is it will unlock itself making it easier to access the car without the hazard of finding the remote just to unlock or having the fear that you didn't lock the car when you left.CON: In my case the push start is great but has at least a 10-15 second delay ( is not a deal breaker).The car can be lock with the keys inside and it won't alert you.
