The SM4B comes with a simple cardboard backed print package, covered in a stiff plastic, glued to the cardboard. The M4B comes with a nicer black cardboard box. The Pens themselves are identical as far as I can tell. What about a snugger 5.11 Class B breast pocket?** A: Might be a smidge tight, but two will fit in my uniform pocket. I carry one of these in my shirt and a Fisher X-Mark in my pants pocket as a spare. A bullet pen would work in the pocket, too, but get a clip for it. Otherwise, it will roll off the hood of the squad and your partner will step on it. They're practically indestructible, but the pavement scars them and they look like hell after that.
