Quick, simple, and affordable!!
Very simple to hook up. Up and running in minutes. Great value for the money.

Kind of worked?
I bought these to be used with a DJI drone smart controller. The idea was to wireless transmit the image to a remote monitor. This worked as long as I was with in 5 to 7 feed of the remote monitor. Once I got to say 10 to 15 feet and with direct line of sight, the transmission of the image would freeze. These didn't work within the distance parameters stated.

Works!
Extend the wifi to the back of the house. Works but was sometimes lags or disconnects. Needed someone else to hook up.

does not work.
I set this up using the directions and went to their Youtube video.. I know i got it right, plus the set up is not that hard. Does not work. my source is 3 feet away from my monitor and picture freezes and gets jumpy... 3 feet away. Does not work,

Works as intended
Works great! Considerably better than using ChromeCast or running a cable!

handy
The media could not be loaded. I've used this Wireless HDMI Extender Transmitter & Receiver Dongle for outdoor movie nights on our porch, connected to the 1080p projector. I was surprised by how simple, and fast was connecting my laptop to the projector. There wasn't any picture quality degradation, signal instability, or lagging, even 40ft distance. I'm going to fix my projector to the ceiling so that it would be a perfect wireless solution, and I'll spare one HDMI cable that wiggles around my room.

Worked w/Roku, but Started to Overheat Dongle & the Roku.
This set has 2 extender dongles (transmitter & receiver). The transmitter goes into whichever device you want to get the images from (ie; laptop, Roku, tablet, etc). The receiver goes into whichever monitor you want to view the images on (ie; TV, computer monitor, etc). Each extender comes w/a power supply cord. This cord gets plugged into the end of the extender and then needs to be plugged into an USB port for the power supply. You need to be in the same room, but it works from a good distance as long as there's nothing obstructing the signals path like a wall or something. We thought that these extenders worked pretty well at first, but after leaving it in our Roku the transmitter dongle got really HOT and so did our Roku device. The Roku always gets warm/hot, but never that hot. I then removed the dongles and rebooted my Roku because there was a screen that came up saying it didn't recognize my device anymore. The Roku booted up fine and went to the homescreen; however, the Roku started making a high-pitched sound that it's never made before. I unplugged it again and waited longer to see if the Roku would cool down more. I then plugged the Roku back in and it works OK now, but I won't be using these HDMI dongles w/my Roku again.I'll use these dongles for my laptop to TV, but that's about it.
