A few months after using the chair weekly, one wheel broke. Cannot find a replacement wheel. Assistance would be appreciated. UPDATE: The company reached out to me swiftly replaced the wheels! I am one happy customer. I would definitely purchase something from them again.

Years later still holding up fine. the desk is at a awkward height so this is the perfect adjustable seating. After a while the shock becomes a little iffy. It will still support up to 300 pounds however adjusting it becomes a little bit more of a task as it doesn't move as freely as it did when it was brand new. That being said, it has more than earned its money. very comfortable to sit on for long periods of time and the adjustable range is perfect for your back in relation to a desk. I would recommend the company use a better quality shock in their product. But overall I would recommend this to someone looking for a tall desk chair.

Great chair but the leg support broke on the first day. I weigh 220 lbs so I am not sure if it is not rated for that much or whatever.

This is by far the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in. Perfect size and great support. The arms move out of the way so you can sit up against the desk. I really like the little round pair to rest your feet on. This is great for short legs so your legs don't have to dangle. I plan on buying another one for my home office.

I just received this chair two days ago for my home office and love it! I used it all day yesterday and my back was not screaming for help!

Had tp pay the 100.00 return postage to Georgia even tho it was not working properly. Chair comfy, i just cud not retract down , if it was all the way up

This chair came with clear instructions but it was a little difficult to assemble for two reasons:1. The base of that chair (shown in photos) comes with a 5th arm that you have to snap in. The arm was 1-2 mm too wide to fit into the base, but I had waited a week and a half for this chair to arrive and I was determined to make it work. I used my flex shaft to sand down the connection point a little bit until it fit. After I got it in there, it was stable.2. The seat of chair has four screws to attach to the frame. The screws were slightly too far apart and I had to monkey with them a lot to get the screws into all four holes.After I got this chair assembled, it was just what I wanted. It was inexpensive and has adjustable seat height, foot rest, and lumbar support.However, if you don't want to have to sand a part down to assemble this, I would suggest you buy a different chair.
