Delicious flavor
Absolutely delicious, I added a lot of kimchi and gochujang to my bowl, that’s why it’s so red.

Spicy yummmilicious Phó
This is just like what you get in Vietnamese restaurants. Plus it’s easy to use, a little goes a long way and is very fragrant. Save yourself a whole lot of time over a hot stove fussing over the stock for your soup. It’s very tasty and it’s also spicy. I love the heat this base has, but others may not. I have also used this base to infuse its flavor into bouillon based stock, regular homemade beef, chicken and vegetable stocks. Absolutely love that extra punch of flavor and spice it adds. Next, I’m going to add it to plain white rice and see how that goes.

If you want lazy pho like I did, absolutely try this. I don't have the time or money to make authentic pho, but this is an okay replacement for broth with additional condiments added. I've been making Mason jar pho instant noodles style. I put chili crunch oil and a spicy Thai shrimp sauce in the bottom of the jar with uncooked rice noodles. I scoop 1 tbsp of pho concentrate into a pot with water, measured with the mason jar to 2.5 cups, and heat it to a boil while stirring. I add about 1-2 tbsp of fish sauce for more flavor. Once it's at a boil I poor it into the jar with the noodles and place the lid on the jar. I've also been cooking whatever steak I have available, nothing fancy, and garnish with lots of cilantro and basil. It's turned out really good.

Yum
Honestly didn’t like it at first but now it’s become my go to for a quick easy dinner when I’m feeling lazy. It’s overpriced on here tho , just get it at an H mart near you if you have one. It tastes nothing like pho… I think that’s why I don’t like it at first… but if you just appreciate it as its own thing it’s really very good. My fav way to enjoy is pretty simple, boil rice noodles add this when noodles are almost done. Dump in bowl top with a few sliced onions and sprigs of fresh Thai basil . It’s great

Leaking jar and no return.
Total garbage. The jar showed up leaking and I can't get a replacement. Super bummed. Waste of money. Never order this.

You know the viral "jar soups"? I don't make mine in a jar. I like to make what I call "Desktop Hot Pot" with an electric pot when work is busy. I use this incredible little pot that will boil in under 7 minutes (it might even be 5!): https://amzn.to/3rP1J21 I add PHO Beef broth mix: https://amzn.to/46EW11K This Beef Flavor paste. Then I add a mix of things like garlic, onion, sesame oil, fish oil, gojuchang, and oyster sauce. Once the pot is boiling, I add whatever mixed vegetables on hand. Then I add rice vermicelli noodles and my soup is ready in less than 15 minutes, right at my desk! I like this paste because it isnt' just plain beef. It has all of the delicious seasonings I commonly find in Pho. But I use it with the other Pho mix because it doesn't have as strong of a beef flavor as I like. I like the seasoning, but not the strength of it enough to use alone.
