RR200 Adj. Aperture Sight for Select Ruger Mini 14 & 30 Rifles Pre-2005 Models

Fit was right on my minnie 14 , easy to adjust , no problem with it so far , had it about a year now.

Item was shipped promptly and was exactly as described. Instructions for installation were included and were very clear. Small parts need close attention to avoid losing them during installation.

It presents a better sight picture than the Ruger factory sight and is easier to adjust. You don't need the special tool. The sight I received is a bit gritty when adjusting the windage. I cleaned and lubricated it before assembling it on the rifle but that did not make any difference. It would be nice if they included some type of flexible filler inserts to go on each side between the receiver and their sight. As I stated, an excellent replacement considering it is the only sight replacement option.

This sight is well made and works very well. I love the adjustment knob and you can use a .223 round to adjust the elevation. If you have an old style mini and like open sights you will love this sight.

They could explain it a bit easier. But if your rifle does not already have the rear sight "housing" (the twin circular vertical pieces of meatal) that this sight is supposed to fit into than this wont fit.

Looked everywhere to find a replacement sight and found this one. Very easy to install and quality of that of factory.
