I really like this kit. There are good instructions on what sheer covers to use for certain haircuts. I have not had to recharge this battery since I bought this kit. I use it about once a month.

Lasted a year and a half and then suddenly started pulling on the hair. Can't figure out whats wrong with it I took off the piece put it back on but still gets caught in hair. now it useless.

This is an "initial impression" review as I've only used this one time so far. I'll try to come back in a few months and update the review based on more experience.Like everyone else, I'm sheltering in place, and it had been seven weeks since my last haircut. I had hair in my eyes, hair going over and flopping into my ears. I couldn't take it anymore. So I took these clippers and did something about it.Unbelievably easy to use. You almost don't even realize that it's cutting your hair until you see it hitting the floor or counter sink. My recommendation is to go slow and be careful. This was great for the sides and back, but I used some styling shears (which I also got here at Amazon) for the front and the top. And you know . . . it actually isn't the worst haircut I ever had. Most importantly, as I was going for comfort over style, it easily took off all the hair on the sides that was bothering my ears, the hair in the back which was curling up, and the hair in the front which was getting in my eyes.I feel so much better and . . . it doesn't look too bad. If I can do it, I'm sure you can do even better.So for now, as we're all locked inside and can't get to a hair stylist . . . this item is highly recommended.

I ordered this in May of 2020 as barber shops were closed for the pandemic.Everything looked great when it arrived: no missing parts, clear instructions, etc. It even came with a handy hairdressing cape.I charged the clipper immediately to its full battery capacity. I cut my hair later that day. Over the next few weeks, I believe I cut my hair two more times (so three total cuts). After that, I decided to grow my hair out.Fast forward to June of 2021: I decided to "lower my ears". Interestingly, the battery level was still at 53 despite many months of inactivity (I did not charge it during the period of inactivity). Not knowing how long I would need the clipper for my new cut, I decided to charge it. Several hours later, the battery level was still at 53. I thought maybe the outlet I was using was fried, so I tried another outlet. Still no increase in battery level. I even took the clipper/charger to my parents house to charge. No such luck. So I decided to get my hair cut by a pro.The clippers work great: no hair-pulling, even cut, etc. But seeing as how I will have to throw it out in a few months - VERY DISAPPOINTING. I will probably end up getting 4-5 cuts before the battery is dead.Note: I have yet to contact Polentat to see if a replacement battery and/or charger is available. If they ask for me to ship it back to them, I am not wasting my time repackaging and driving to a UPS Store. It's a $30 clipper - I might as well just buy another company's product. That last statement might be all you need to know: it's a $30 clipper. You get what you pay for I guess...

Excellent haircut machine Very easy to use, quiet, the battery life is very long and the machine functions well. I've been using it for a long time and I'm still very satisfied with it.

I can't believe I'm taking the time to write a review of hair clippers in my free time. #quarantinelife. But seriously, these clippers are so good, it's worth this five minutes of my life.At first I was suspicious because it's so cheap, but I heard that getting a ceramic blade was good. Figured that if it was a piece of shit I'd only be out $30, but to my surprise, these clippers work great!I used to have a set of Conair clippers from Walgreens that I thought we're "good" but then when I got this new set of clippers I realized what a piece of shit the old ones were.Wireless is clutch. Smooth cut, lots of settings. Battery charge lasts a long time. They're good lightweight clippers. 10/10 would buy again. (Hopefully they last a long time so I don't have to.)

I ordered this hair clipper to cut my husband’s hair during the quarantine and it works good for us. I never did the skin fade before, but it turned out very good for the first try 😅. The full charge of battery is enough for about 3 haircuts. It’s very convenient that it shows on the screen the percentage of battery. The charging cord is not long, but that’s ok. It came with changing blade, a couple guards and a small brush. The only thing I wish it had is more guards or the option of ordering more. The shortest in this kit is 3 mm.

After not having a haircut in 8 months due to the Pandemic, I decided to purchase some clippers and try my hand at cutting my own hair. I chose these clippers for it's feature and price point.Out of the box I was impressed on how well built they looked and how ergonomic they felt in my hands. I did some research on YT on cutting your own hair and I went to work.Surprisingly I did a pretty good job with these clippers changing through the different size guides was easy and it was easy to use in both hands.Overall I I am very happy with the purchase.
