I am happy with this purchase. It is built very sturdy. It's heavy and the rubber grips are comfortable and durable. It is easy to use and fits the barbell perfectly. The ability to tighten it in place is an added benefit.

I use them for end bar rowing compounded with inverted row , hits the lats really good with the stretch and contraction and the rubber grips feel good on the hands .

Please note that although the build and quality is very good, it doesn't fit 1" standard bar as advertised. The included screw doesn't touch the 1" bar at all.
