Works perfectly, just as it's supposed to!
My cat has a big boo-boo on his belly. I have him in a pillow type collar, so that he can't get to it. I could tell it was itching a lot, & bothering him by how often he still tried to get to it to kick it, even though the collar stops him LOL. Once I used this spray on his boo-boo area, the amount of times he is trying to get to it, has drastically been cut down. It makes me feel better knowing he finally has some relief.

Seems to help, but smells just awful
One of our kitties has skin allergies, which sometimes get bad enough that his ears become very itchy and inflamed. This is his fourth episode, and the first time we tried using hydrocortisone. The spray did seem to help with the inflammation. He’s wearing a cone to keep him from scratching, so it’s a little hard to tell if it relieved itching significantly, but he did seem to be trying to scratch through the cone less often. It’s not super easy to apply this. We ended up spraying it in our hands and rubbing it on his ears, because otherwise we’d have risked getting it in his eyes or mouth. Applying with a cotton ball wasn’t very successful. Since it contains aloe, I wouldn’t use it on any body part that a cat could possibly lick. I also wouldn’t use it more than twice per day - we only applied it three times over 48 hours; just enough to bring the inflammation down. The biggest problem is the smell. It is really, really unpleasant to humans, although the cats didn’t seem to notice it at all. Two people in the household found it to be so nauseating that they had trouble cuddling with the kitty because of it. If this ends up being something we need to keep on hand and use periodically, I’ll look for another brand that smells a little better.

The stuff really works.
My cat had literally kicked herself raw in the affected area. I bought this the same day and it arrived the next day and my cat seems very relieved. I thought hydrocortisone would work for me, I wonder if it works on cats. Her fur is already growing back in the spot. Would definitely recommend.

Worked on my cat's dandruff
Worked on my cat's dandruff. His fur is nicer and he doesn't have the flakes.I also got a version that has a little lidocaine in it. It calmed him down. Almost like a tranquilizer, it put him to sleep (not dead, just asleep).

It Works
I have used this product for years to relieve the itching from skin allergies my 20 year old Persian cat suffers from. I do take her to the vet to get an allergy shot every so often, but they cannot be given to her all the time because of her age. So I have this to relieve her discomfort in between times. She will pull wads of her fur out, and chew herself until she bleeds if I don't use something for her discomfort. This does the trick- the minute I notice her chewing on herself, I comb her fur out and apply a little of this to the itchy spots, and rub it in a little. The attention relaxes her, and the medication relieves her suffering. Her fur grows back, and it is a great product for pets. It gets her through the times between vet visits.

Pretty good anti - itch spray!
My cat seemed to hate it but it seemed to work, she didnt have an alergic reaction, and it seemed to stop her itching. It is just a tad bit difficult to apply due to having to hold the cat still to coat it and it NEEDS to dry before you let your cat groom themself but other than that it works well!

Hard to use
Okay, so I know the product description specifically says you may need to shave your pet's fur to get this on their skin, but that seemed like a fairly extreme claim and I was hoping I could just spray a little right on the spot my cat was itchiest and rub it in. Well, that is not the case. The spray nozzle is more like a room spray than a targeted spritz, so it gets on all of the surrounding fur and isn't concentrated enough in one spot to rub down onto the skin. It also takes forever to dry, which seems kind of silly for being marketed as something you can use on cats, who of course want to lick themselves clean as soon as they sense something wet on them (I could understand a minute or two drying time, but 10 minutes is unrealistic). And of course, as others have mentioned, it smells absolutely terrible, which is just unfortunate.I can't speak to how effective it actually is at easing itchiness because I couldn't apply it properly (and I'm not going to shave my cat, that seems dangerous, and she'd never let a noisy trimmer near her anyway). I'm sure for others who have had more success with using this product it's a good buy, but personally I don't want to keep putting something that may be toxic to ingest on my cat in the hopes it gives her some relief. I just hope I can narrow down the cause of the itchiness soon so she doesn't need itch relief anyway.

Constant issues with the nozzle
Smells terrible. My hydrocortisone cream smells nothing like this. Like worm going bad. Wouldn’t car about the smell except it doesn’t seem to reduce the itch. The nozzle is so low quality that it sticks easily and runs down my finger while the cat writhes away.
