ZESICA Women's 2024 Bohemian Floral Printed Wrap V Neck Short Sleeve Split Beach Party Maxi Dress

I’m really on this fence with this one!First off the positives: color/pattern I chose(ivory) is GORGEOUS. I was worried because in some of the pictures it looks like there is a lot of yellow in it, around the flowers but mine had no yellow. It’s very pretty.The fabric is ok. It’s rayon, not super thin, not super thick. Didn’t seem overly sheer or see through. The wrap style is nice but can be fussy(skirt flys open, bust is low). They did include snaps you can sew on to help with this.The negatives: while the size chart with measurements is accurate, the numerical sizing is not. I’m 5’10”, 207lbs, apple shape, size 14/16, very rarely an 18. I got an xxl and it *just* fits. IMO the xxl is more like a standard size 16. IF you want this dress to fit the way it’s intended.I read so many reviews of women that are bigger than me and it fit them and I honestly don’t understand how. I almost wondered if I gained a bunch of weight but I weighed myself and nope, still 207lbs.This style of dress isn’t the best if you’re busty unless you’re into cleavage. I’m not and I’m 38DDD and the xxl did cover me ok.I do like the concept of this dress but not sure it’s the most flattering on my body type, plus I’m tall so maxi dresses are always at an awkward length. If I keep it I’ll have to sew the snaps on for sure because as soon as I sit down it comes apart in the front.Honestly, if this were 1/2 to one size bigger it would be prefect. I think for these wrap dresses to work well you need some extra fabric. I just don’t have that with this one and sizing up isn’t an option. I can see just being so aware of my outfit wearing this…meaning it’s not carefree. I have to think about how I sit down, make sure to hold the fabric as I sit so it doesn’t come apart, worry if it’s windy ect… and I hate that.

I'm 5'9 and about 165 with a pretty small chest and the Medium fits very well. I was worried the sleeves would be too short, like cap sleeves, but I like how far down they come. The length is pretty good as well. Ideally for me it'd be a little shorter to show some knee when it flows down. The "slit" (skirt overlap part) isn't too high (although I just got it and haven't worn it on a windy day yet) and the neckline provides plenty of coverage. I could even stand to loosen it a bit from what is shown in the pic. I only gave it 4 stars because I think it's priced pretty high, it should be under $30. But hey, it saved me a shopping trip so I'm ok with it! I got the red one and it doesn't seem too sheer. I've only just tried it on inside, but I am not concerned about sheerness. I will definitely have to iron it before I go out.

The dress is cute. I have same size in 2 other colors and get many compliments whenever I wear one.This dress is same size BUT smaller fitting. It is also not the same colors as in the photos. It's more turquoise and rust in reality. The photos show it more blue and brown. Not sure if I will keep it....wanted a light blue, or sky blue. 🤔

I’ve put on some weight and needed a dress for a wedding. I’m currently 178 lbs, 5’7”, and ordered a size large. I didn’t want to spent too much, and I wanted something that I could wear again as I lose weight. This dress was perfect. It’s very flattering, and I got so many compliments! It came with snaps and thread if you wanted to add that to the neckline or the wrap section. I simply used some “fashion tape” to keep the neckline in place so I didn’t show off the girls too much. I also added a safety pin to about 6 inches below my waist to attach the wrap so that it wouldn’t fall open too far. A few times when I was sitting, I needed to pull the skirt up over my lap. But I never worried that the wrap would open and expose anything. :) I bought the “green” thought it actually is predominately turquoise, as shown in the photo. I would definitely recommend. Just very comfortable and cute!

This item runs small. I wear a medium. It could not wear this without a cami or something underneath. My chest is too big for a medium. Also, once I wrapped the midsection, when I walked, it opened up almost to my underwear. Not even sure a medium would work. I normally wear 10.The dress itself is cute and thin. Good for summer.

I’m not usually a review-leaver but I felt compelled to do so in this case. I saw this brand on a list of surprisingly good Amazon buys and I really liked this version of the dress (I think there are 15-20) so I ordered it. I am amazed at the quality. It feels just like a dress I have from WildFox that was easily 5-6x the cost of this one. I highly recommend!

I wore this on my honeymoon in Jamica and loved it. So cute and comfy. Unfortunately, I did not read the washing instructions and accidentally put it in the dryer and ruined it. Would definitely buy again.

Omg, this dress exceeded expectation! The fit is SO forgiving! I’m 5’10, 147lbs, and the Medium fits great. Room to go up or down if necessary. And the pattern is gorgeous! I had to find a shoe after seeing I’m in Dead to Me, and this one is just perfect! Purchasing another pattern currently

Sizing is too difficult with this product and does not match the size guide. First I bought a red dress in large which was okay in size - a little snug around the bust. I'm 175cm, 36C, 80kg. This 2nd dress which is the same style I bought in a x-large - it was so small I couldn't wrap it around my waist at all, & I'm 76kg now. I wouldn't buy this item from this seller again. I didn't even get a response from the seller about the issue and had to file a claim with amazon.

Too small, fabric rather flimsy

This dress didn't come close to fitting. I thought maybe I measured myself wrong, but it's at least 2 or 3 sizes smaller then what I ordered.Sadly, you have to pay to ship it back as well.

This outfit works great for those hot summer days/nights with a light feel to it.
