Is there a difference between this 2 pack and the single balls? Why are these so much cheaper?

I don't know why the 2-pack is cheaper, but the balls are different- they are the same weight, but bigger diameter, which makes them harder to hold. I would recommend the pink or blue 2-lb balls, not these 2-lb yellow,ones.

my 2 lb stott weights came today and have a strong chemical odor. Should I return them??

I am very sensitive to chemical odors (VOC out gassing). I did notice a mild scent. I would call Stott directly. I had an unrelated question and learned that they have two different suppliers.

Will these work for a very small hand?

The yellow balls are better for a larger hand. The blue ones are more expensive, but smaller.
