The media could not be loaded. This is a really good tool, especially for the price. You just need to learn how to use it. I liked it so much I was compelled to make a video to show people how to use it.1) You have to keep your hand moving - I turn it on and start with the top of my cheek and then drag it down to the bottom of my cheek and it will naturally detach from your face. Keep doing it in that motion or side to side.2) If you are doing your forehead or nose, you have to move your face with it a bit so that the top is positioned correctly on top of the skin to be able to suck off the dirt.3) You WILL be red in the places you use the suction- you are sucking off debris on your face. Use it at night before sleep so your skin can heal. Also, don't use it on active breakouts or acne.4)Wear extra sunscreen the next day because your skin is sensitive!I just used this tool this morning and my face and pores are totally clean.

Works good and can be used on more than just blackheads.

I searched the products on Amazon and chose the Hotsch because of the features it offers, especially the blue light. It worked fine for a couple weeks. Today, however, I found the switch won’t turn off the light. I don’t know enough about it to know whether it’ll take power away from the charge by staying on or if it’ll burn out the light but it’s disappointing because it was one of the main reasons I used for purchasing this particular kit. Other than that, the product works. I use the lowest setting. I think the higher settings would result in quicker results but I’m older and fear it could cause spider veins. The lowest setting may take more uses to be effective but you will still see results. Rather than move the suction along my face, I try to touch it to the skin, feel the suction, and then lift up quickly. Then go to the skin area next to it, repeating the same steps.

Really happy with this product so far. The suction power is great, so much so that I don't dare to go past the lowest setting: it seems to be pretty much enough to do the job, and, as mentioned in other reviews, you have to be careful not to leave the tool on the spot for long as it may bruise your skin. I love that I can switch between the various probes, choosing one depending on the area I'm working on. Based on the amount of dirt I can see on the probe and filter by the end of the sessions, the little device does the job well! Another good thing about it is that it's really easy to clean, and the filters are washable, so you don't have to just throw them out after each use and buy more. The handle sits compfortably in my hand. All in all, I'm satisfied with this product and would recommend if you're looking for a way to give your skin a deeper clean every once in a while

This has great suction even at the lowest setting, but will likely leave your face with suction marks, and that might be ok, if and only if it had pulled out a single bit of debris which it did not. But I have found other purposes for it such as torture, or to suck tiny bits of debris in small crevices when cleaning, so I'll keep it. But as for its intended purpose..... No, just no. I will never subject my face or skin to it again.For pores you are better off with a good exfoliant, biore strips, an occasional clay mask, and Guerlain super Aqua serum at night.

While this tool claims to get rid of blackheads it has not gotten rid of mine. The suction is very powerful and if used too much can leave red marks. Wouldn’t order again as it doesn’t work as advertised. Charge lasts a long time which is good.

Make sure you read the instructions first as prolonged use on a single section longer than 3 sections will cause redness and irritation similar to that of a hickey. Once you get the hang of it you will be able to pull out blackheads and clean your face like a pro! There are different nozzle attachments along with filters, and it's easy to wash and clean too!The blue light makes it easy to know how much crud is coming out of you face, and you'll be surprised even how a clean and freshly washed face can have so much dirt in it.Charge time is quick however it does not come with a power plug, you will need to plug in the USB side into one you already own. That's probably the only downside of it, but outside of that it's been the perfect product and the price is excellent!
