The fast shipping was great and the added silicone scooper was a great add however, I was hoping there would be some more rigid aspects to the mat. I was hoping the mat would have a stiff element like the bamboo ones but it does not. Would not recommend it for a very beginner as there is some nuance needed for rolling and keeping everything even as there is no stiff aspect to the mat

Works fantastic. It's better than the normal bamboo ones, because you don't have to cover it with cling film or a plastic bag--i.e. less waste and better for the environment. It's a bit annoying to clean, but you get used to it.Edited: Removed one star. I've only made sushi rolls 3 times with it and it's cracking/splitting.

Item isn't stiff enough to make a roll. I prefer one made of bamboo. I use it as a placemat or to retrieve hot food from the microwave.

I liked that it was made of silicone so that it is easy to clean. Works well and also includes a rice spoon, which was an unexpected bonus.

Mat works well and is definitely worth the money. Good size also
