They were rolled up, so definitely recommend unrolling and getting flat first. The first one lasted about 4 days with working out and showers. The color did change after the first shower. I also didn't shave any hair first, so the areas with arm hair definitely didn't come out great. It took a good amount of scrubbing with alcohol and makeup remover to get off. Did a second one, this time shaving arm hairs first, and it came out a lot better.
