I actually like making burgers this way because you just lightly pack ground beef around and in top of the inserts creating an upside down bowl. It is less messy than making patties in your hands. As it cooks a lot of the grease drains down through small holes. No messy frying. Just pop in the oven. When the bowls are done just turn them upside down and they come right out. So easy! Then I fill the cute bowls with rice or veggies or a sauce. The kids love them. The pan isn’t expensive and its small enough that it doesn’t take up much space in the cabinet. Next I am going to try making meatloaf bowls filled with barbeque sauce and cheese. Then taco seasoned bowls filled with cheese, sour cream, avocado, and the usual toppings. Great for low carb because you don’t need the taco shell. I will also make pizza filled bowls. I really like this pan. Mine is chipped right out of the box and made in China. I'm not sending it back.
