Does the product mince, dice and chop?

Does this contain bpas, etc? where is it made?

CA Prop 65 warning of BPAs. Will be looking for a similar BPA free product.

Vague! where's the demonstration/explanation of what each blade (which i also can't see) do?

There is only one blade. It chops & minces. That is all.

Can it be used to make flaxseed flour out of flaxseed?

Thank you for your question, Robin. Seed and grains can be chopped much like nuts with this food chopper. The food chopper should be run in five second intervals until the desired textured has been reached.

Incompatible to Indian Conditions

Incompatible to Indian conditions as advertised in the Catalogue. It is of USA/Canada make/requirements ONLY (realised only after opening/seeing the original company packing box/labels) and NOT AT ALL for our Indian conditions. Black-and-Decker and Amazon should remove it off-the-catalogue in India
