Empty Plastic Half Pans - Pack of 6

This was a perfect solution for my need of a small palette. I wanted to create a unique color palette for a particular painting project and couldn't find a paintbox that worked for me. I normally use a large watercolor palette with divisions in the middle of the tray for mixing. I ordered these half-pans and used them to build a couple rows in the center of my tray by putting double sided glue dots to hold them down. I now have a lovely palette within a palette to hold my new colors. They hold enough tube paint to last for quite a while. I recommend them to anyone looking for palette solutions.

My order was delivered promptly, as promised, and was well packaged with no damage. It was as described although I should have paid more attention to the description that clearly stated that they were plastic. They did fit the holder but required a little pressure to snap in. Possibly a small magnet on the bottom would help but not vital. I appreciated being able to order a small number of items, as that was all I needed.

These are so handy for plein air watercolors! They can even fit into Altoids tins, so you don't have to take a lot of equipment when you want to paint The Great Outdoors. Also lightweight. Seller is awesome!!

Very well made half pans, not all are, and they are also all the same size, much appreciated. Also very fast delivery, thank goodness, that cobalt turquoise was just waiting to be opened.

These fit in my Winsor & Newton tin just fine. They are just slightly bigger than the half pans that came in the tin originally. They arrived quickly and as expected.

Perfect for adding a third row of 5 or 6 half pans to my sennelier travel kit!Looks like they will fit longitudinally between the two existing rows!
