Even with Zero Craft Skills... looks like the real deal
I originally purchased this contact paper to test on my granite counters to see if the color and pattern would be something I might consider in granite or quartz. Since I have ZERO craft skills, I thought it wise to do a trial run on something small. I choose a wooden end table from my music room (photo attached). The porcelain tile on the floor is a sample I'm considering for a floor upgrade; I included it to show how professional looking the contact paper is.The instructions suggested watching a couple of YouTube videos before starting, and I recommend doing that. TIP: Don’t go too fast! Peel the backing off a little bit at a time and use a credit card or other tool to smooth as you go. I was a bit over-confident and made a few errors by going too fast, but it was just a matter of lifting the paper up to where the bubbles were and using the credit card to go more slowly. A box cutter or razor blade is recommended for edging, but I didn't have either and used manicure scissors instead.I never do home projects, so I was quite pleased with myself for this first-time effort. I can see lots of uses for this paper and it looks like real marble. Start to finish, I completed the tabletop in about 35 minutes.

Turned out great
I know on amazon sellers will sometimes send out different stuff from different suppliers creating inconsistencies. Like if you but. A second roll of what is suppose to be the same thing. So it sounfs like from reading reviews people got some bad stuff. I did not. Ours turned out really nice. We had trouble getting some of the wrinkles out. But over all it looks nice. Used it one a dressing room for a burlesque club.

See through
This product was see through. I was able to see a slightly yellow cream colored countertops through the product. I was hoping this product would be able to completely conceal the color of the countertops but found the product to be lacking and was unable to do the job properly.

Aunt Simone contact paper is the best!!!!
I’m super happy with my contact paper from Aunt Simone! The marble pattern is beautiful and very realistic. Way better than other brands I’ve tried. It made my kitchen countertops look awesome! I have no artistic talent and I still had no trouble installing it in less than an hour. I watched some Youtube videos on how to do it and that really helped. There are plenty out there. The paper stuck very tight and was not see through at all. It’s a good thickness, any thicker would be hard to install. I found starting with a very clean and dry surface was needed. Peel off the backing paper inch by inch while you push the contact paper onto the surface using a credit card. You can use a hairdryer or heat gun to smooth out wrinkles but be careful not to overdo it. I would definitely buy more of this contact paper for another project and I would highly recommend it to my friends!

Easy refresh and great value for the cost!
I bought this to put on the counters and table in our family travel trailer. Before we do a full install we tested it on a piece of plywood, and it works great. It’s not super thick, but that makes it easier to apply and the coverage is great. I think this is going work great for our needs and the price is right!

It is exactly as stated. Very stickey. We used it on a counter top. Was easy to install. Easy to cut to size and went on smooth

Thin & difficult
The people who install this on YouTube must have a ton of practice with this to make it look easy. It isn't. Not to mention this being pretty thin. You could see where the sink needed some work through the paper. While it wasn't horrendous to put down. It also deep enough for the sink (back to front) to cover the front edge of the sink.

Does the job but nothing special
Adhesive is kinda flimsy, you have to go over it multiple times before it will stick. Yes the area was clean. A plastic container for cleaning supplies ripped it very easily. If you have anything that has any coloring underneath it, it will show unless it is plain white. Fine for cabinets but not for an area on display.
