Take the good with the bad
I tried a sample of this a little while ago and I liked it so I decided to buy the real thing. It tastes great and works fast. I don't feel jitters while I'm working out at all and I get an amazing pump. As a pre-workout, I like this better than I liked Jack3d. However. After my workout, ALL the jitters start. If I take it past 9:00 pm I can't sleep. None whatsoever. I grind my teeth uncontrollably. The post workout side effects are really bad, but the workout benefits are amazing. Take the good with the bad if you want.
