Great product! I bought it last week and the shipment arrived on time. I happened to take a trip camping and couldn’t take a bunch of workout with me from home. So I figured I’d take the bands to get a little workout. But to my surprise I was able to do a lot more than I realized and felt much more productive than I thought I could by just working out with bands. The foot pedal is a nice touch. I highly recommend.If I could critique I would say it would be nice if it came with a travel bag. I just stuffed them in my suitcase and it was a bit chaotic looking. But not a deal breaker.

This product is excellent for enhancing my home workout. Unlike similar products this allows you to increase or decrease the degree of difficulty of your ab workout by switching out the bands that connect the handles to the foot pedal. I also use extra bands to attach one end to my ankle straps and the other end to the metal shelves in my garage where I workout and get a good leg workout. I can also get a good ab workout using it while sitting on the couch in the living room. The foot pedal is quite comfortable with bare feet and the handle is comfortable to hold as well.

I've had this for about 2 months and wanted to really try it out before adding a review. This WORKS. It works so well that I got my trainer one and this is what we use for zoom workouts together! You will SWEAT using this and you'll be sore for days and days. Using this every other day has made me more toned, and I've lost weight and inches! Best at home workout apparatus I've ever gotten. I even cancelled my gym membership! I have so many workout gadgets but this one is a-ma-zing. The resistance is crazy. Best health investment ever!

To be added to exercise routine...

These resistance bands are shorter and have connections at each end. They can be used in many situations and the resistance can be changed to the exercise your doing. I hook them to my weight bench, to my stair stepper and do DVDs with them. I recommend them as a good addition to your home gym.

I like that so many exercises can be accomplished with this set which fits neatly into a bag that is included. I am a cancer patient and am trying to build up core strength with low impact and this has proven to be perfect for me and my goals.

Great product. Since going to the gym is no longer an option, I needed some high quality resistance bands to work out with at home. These resistance bands do the trick. I use all three of the blue bands which provides just enough resistance for a solid workout with multiple reps. The foot pedals and bands are of a high quality. Recommend.
