These are perfect, Strong and sturdy for my non-stick wok since i can't use metal.They work way better than wooden spoons and regular spatulas

The length of the handle seems good for keeping hands cool when using high heat. The stiffness of the spatula works well for turning food. However, after one washing, one of the spatulas has serious discoloration. Hopefully the seller will be able to remediate this otherwise I will have to return.UPDATE: Seller was very attentive to my concerns about the product and offered to refund or replace. In addition, they suggested to not put these in the dishwasher (although this was not on the description for the item).
