How well does this hold pureed fruit? Will it seep through the holes

Not too good for pureed fruit. It can sleep though. I suggest a fruit roll type sheet or something similar with no holes.

Will these work with Elechomes dehydrator?

I love my mats. My dehydrator has 6 shelves, so I have two replacement liners at the ready. These sheets are very pliable and can be cut to fit any dehydrator, if need be. I cut the middle holes a little larger and cut some off the edge around. They fit perfect. They should work for the Elechomes machine.

what size is the mesh in mm?

I don't have a metric ruler but the holes are about 1/ 32nd of an inch.

Worth buying

A little larger but folds into the sides and centre hole a little smaller but still fits and works well, finer mesh to them which is great for herbs and seeds.

I bought these to fit in my new dehydrator as I was attempting to make Minute Rice and didn't want the small granules falling through the cracks. These did the trick. They are also easily cut to size, durable and wash well.
