Over all this is a great system. BUT the speaker blew after after a few times using it never went over past the recommended volume. Now I’m shopping for a new speaker. I don’t think I have any warranty left as it’s only 4 months old ( for me).

I really like Singtrix and enjoy it.I love this dynamic microphone for many reasons. The Singtrix SGTXMIC1 is high-end cardioid dynamic mic that brings excellent quality, build and sound. The Singtrix SGTXMIC1 come with a relatively new concept; the Hit button, which makes Karaoke really fun. Recommended!

This mic stopped working after 2 months. It visually looks brand new but doesn't work- after troubleshooting I found out it's the chord that went out. By the time I contacted Amazon and Singtrix, I wasn't able to get a refund or replacement. Singtrix offered to "purchase parts from us to fix the mic itself (around $35)" which was more than I originally paid for the mic on Amazon so not doing that. I bought this mic to use with my Singtrix karaoke machine that I've owned for 10 years so I'm super disappointed in this product and the service I received, especially since I'm a fan of the Singtrix karaoke machine and have used it for so long.

Needed to order this as a replacement for the one that came with machine. This one has more clarity but most of all the volume is actually there. The original mic’s volume was so low you couldn’t hear your voice over the music. Thanks to customer service I can give this product all the stars.

First things first. Order it now. Then read this review after it’s on its way! This has proven to be hands down the best purchase we have ever made for our kids! The effects are insanely amazing and highly entertaining,the setup is easy, and the fact that you just plug in a laptop and play karaoke from YouTube means your options are endless!My only reason for four stars is that both mics have a short in them. I’m thinking they were kinked too tightly in packaging? So we have to hold a certain way so the sound sticks. Purchase an extra mic you will need it! Such an amazing thing to do for hours upon hours. As a professional singer, I hate karaoke and always avoid it. But I spent 2.5 hours singing with my daughter the other night and she forced me to turn the power off because we were both hoarse from singing Beyoncé’s “love on top” with all the key changes! So glad we found this and worth it to buy again and again if it ever does break! Thank you!

It is an super item. I use a normal micro for the singtrix karaoke machine and it was terrible. With the Original micro it works perfect. The delivery from USA to Germany/Cologne was perfect and I got the micro in a perfect condition. It sounds wonderful.

I am honestly unable to give a true review of how well this works for myself. I had ordered the microphone for my husband thinking it would work as described for his own use. Did not have the Singtrix karaoke machine. And while it came packaged correctly and presented nicely, it did not work for our use. This microphone will not work as advertised on your own machines. Otherwise, it was a nice microphone and did well enough.

We bought Singtrix when it was first released. Wanted a 2nd mic -so we ordered this. This is the updated version-the quality is amazing! My guests can use the first mic. Parties at my house rock because of our Singtrix ! Great for all ages!
