Works great. What a time saver
Never had one before and at first I was disappointed that it spiral cut the apple in addition to peeling and coring. I expected it to only core and peel! Shows what I know. The spiral cut is fine makes it easy to make pies with uniform slices inside. Amazed that core and peel function did not waste much apple at all. less than doing it by hand I would say. A little disconcerted by the various adjustments you can make - again never had one before. I just went ahead and used it on granny Smith apples and it worked great out of the box. Suction cup held firm to counter. I would say this little gadget exceeded my expectations in every way. Great inexpensive tool!

Fun to Use! Prepped bunch of apples quickly.
Assembles, operates and cleans easily. We used it on some apples for the dehydrator to make lunch snacks. Generally it peels, slices and cores without fail. The quality/efficiency is highly dependent on the fruit. For oddly shaped apples, operating slower will help peel more. Coring works fine as long as you align to the cutter. After a few 'trial runs', you'll figure out the best procedures. The core cutter amazingly slices easily. It wasn't as messy as I expected, a couple of paper towels in front caught the spiral peels and few drips of apple juice. My kid loves it, 'let me' align & mount the apples, then kid cranked to peel and core with no problems. Kid had fun separating the spiral into rings to dehydrate and sampling the cores or eating end pieces which (rightfully) had some peel. I helped catching the apples and separating the cores. It is fast and efficient. I highly recommend if you need to prep many apples for cooking/baking/dehydrating.I tried it on some ripened kiwi fruit, but the meat was too soft & the rind too firm to remain stable on the skewer. We are looking forward to trying on other fruits/veggies. It should do well on anything with firm core and relatively thin peel. It's a good quality kitchen tool at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this brand. It appears more durable than most I've seen in the past at stores like 'B,B+Beyond'.

Save Time and Easy to Use!
This corer has been such a great little kitchen tool! It saves me so much time, especially when prepping snacks for the kids or making pies. It’s super easy to use—just put on the apple and crank away. Peeled and cored in less than one minute! I haven't tried this with any vegetables. It works for small to medium sized. Anything large I struggled to get the core to stay centered. The quality is good. It feels sturdy and well-designed, not flimsy like some others I’ve tried. Plus, it’s a breeze to clean—just a quick rinse or toss it in the dishwasher. I've used it at least 20+ times and haven't noticed any discoloration or rusting. Additionally, it's small enough to store in a cabinet or deep drawer. If you eat apples regularly or bake often, this is definitely a must-have. Simple, efficient, and totally worth it!

An Effective and Fun To Use Peeler
I received the Spiralizer Peeler in good working order from Amazon and within less than five minutes I was able to peel my first apple using only the quick-start instructions. I was very pleased with the results; I know from this initial test that it will be a real timesaver. I was able to peel, core and spiral-slice the apple in a single step. The operation of the hand-crank is near effortless and is a rather pleasing experience. I think that little helpers in the household will particularly enjoy using this device (with supervision of course). The suction-cup works very well on my formica tabletop as well as my granite counter tops. Just be sure both surfaces are free from debris, also for granite, because of its porosity, dampen both surfaces before applying suction. I plan to use my peeler for peeling apples (for apple pies) as well as for peeling potatoes for a variety of dishes. The unit seems to be of a robust design and will hopefully stand the test of time. My only concern is that replacement parts, such as the two cutting blades, are readily available should the need arise. In the mean time, I think that keeping the cutting blades clean between usages will be key to their longevity.
