Love these because of the extended release as my problem was never so much falling asleep but staying asleep. No more problems after trying these.

Excellent to adjust time zone - take one on my long flight to and from Asia, and then continue each night for at least 2 days - work very well and feel refreshed - perfect remedy for jet lag.

The first couple nights I still didn't sleep too well using this product, but the third night and ever since - wow! I have had very good luck with the Pure Zzz's products. I am sleeping for a solid 6-7 hours and falling asleep relatively quickly (maybe 40 minutes after taking one pill) with this product which shocks me. Not waking up groggy, either, because it's only 2mg of melatonin and botanical blend. I have been using the Pure Zzz's Triple Action gummies for a couple years now and that stuff is amazing at conking you out, but I was looking for something that would help me stay asleep that was natural. Low and behold I found this extended release melatonin and I have a very hard time staying asleep because of the prescription meds I take every day. I did not want to be prescribed another weird sleeping pill so I tried this and I swear it is something magical. The only negatives are that it has a bit of a funky smell (botanical blend), so I take the pill directly from the foil packaging and drop it into my mouth. My hands smelled funny when I took the entire pill out with my fingers even after washing. I have had no problems since dropping it into my mouth directly from the foil packaging. It is also pretty pricey which is a downfall but with the sleep I've been getting, I feel personally like it's worth it every couple months (which is how long the double pack lasts). I am very happy I don't have to take prescription medicine to sleep anymore. I am overall very pleased with this purchase and will be purchasing it as long as they sell it.

I love that this works perfectly as described. The earthy smell from the valerian root is the least of my worries. lol. The product works great. After you've taken it for an amount of time you can actually go a day or 3 without (depending on the person) taking one and it still works.

I don't like it, usually i buy the same product but in gummies and it's great.
